As Chief of Staff, Diana drives operational excellence, champions strategic initiatives, and strengthens systems, processes, and cross-functional alignment to advance Remsoft’s vision and mission.

With a B.A. in Law and over six years of experience in intellectual property law, she brings a unique combination of legal expertise and strategic insight. Diana has been a founding team member in three startups, contributing to one successful acquisition, and has led complex projects in compliance, cybersecurity, and connectivity. Prior to her current role, she served as Director of Strategic Projects at Lim Geomatics, where she managed the industry-leading Forest Machine Connectivity (FMC) Project and established SOC 2 Type 2 compliance and governance frameworks.

Diana’s expertise spans Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), IT systems, people operations, and facilities management. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a cohesive, values-driven company culture.
