Remsoft announced several key hires and promotions that support agile technology development and solution delivery, fueling the next phase of company growth.

Strengthening Remsoft Service Delivery
Kari Easthouse has moved into a new role as Director, Client Services overseeing Remsoft support, training, and professional services. With decades of industry and Remsoft experience, Kari brings a keen understanding of forest resource management combined with expert modeling and technical skills. He has a Master of Science in Forestry (UNB).
Robyn Plourde will take on the newly established role of Director, Solution Implementation. Robyn has a depth of experience and a proven track record implementing enterprise Remsoft Operations cloud solutions, and she will oversee all analytics and cloud client projects. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management (MAU).
Rachel Harvey is now a Project Manager on the delivery team. Rachel brings consulting experience and expert resource coordination skills to her new role, supporting the successful implementation of Remsoft solutions within global organizations. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Rutgers U).
New Client Services team members include Ian Lodge and Alison White, who recently joined Remsoft as Solution Analysts. Ian has a Bachelor of Science in Forestry (UNB) and expertise in risk assessment, carbon modeling, and wood supply analysis. His skillset includes Woodstock modeling, spatial planning, and GIS. Most recently, Ian was a Conservation Forester for the Nature Trust of New Brunswick, managing forest and species-at-risk conservation projects. Alison has a Master of Science (WLU), and she is a Registered Professional Forester in Ontario with experience in all aspects of forest management planning. Before joining Remsoft, Alison was an Assistant Regional Planning Forester with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF).
Deepening Remsoft Solution Leadership
Rodrigo Banhara has taken on the role of Manager, Analytics Solutions. With expertise across the forest planning process and advanced knowledge in operations research, Rodrigo has provided invaluable solution support to Remsoft’s client base in South America and worldwide. He holds an MBA in Business Management (FGV) and a Master’s Degree in Forest Management (USP).
Anastasiia Oleksenko moved into the role of Product Manager, Cloud Solutions. Anastasiia has experience across the product management spectrum, from requirements gathering to solution assessment, project and change management, and she’s played a key role in the ongoing development of Remsoft Operations Cloud. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Economics (ONTA).
Adding Solution Expertise in Brazil
Supporting our growth and client service excellence in South America, Rafael Menali has joined the Remsoft Brazil team as a Solutions Analyst. Rafael is a Forestry Engineer, with a Master’s Degree in Forest Planning and Optimization (UFLA). Before joining Remsoft, he was a Planning Analyst at Sguario Madeiras, a forest and wood products company in South Brazil.
Supporting Agile Technology Development and Quality Assurance
New hires and promotions on the Remsoft technology team add bench strength in back-end development, software testing, and quality assurance.
Rodrigo Aires has taken on the role of Senior Data Analyst. With expertise in all phases of the systems development life cycle, Rodrigo works alongside the services team on client application design, integration, and maintenance. He’s a graduate in Computer Software Engineering (Lambton C).
Rodrigo Argentin had moved into the role of Lead AI Data Analyst. Utilizing his expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, operations management, and data-driven decision making, Rodrigo is innovating the application of AI/ML capabilities within Remsoft technology. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Forest Engineering (USP).
Ulisses Albino has joined the technology team as a Senior .NET Developer. Ulisses brings more than 11 years of desktop and cloud development experience, using cutting-edge technologies to meet unique business requirements. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (UNIP). Over the past two years, he developed products for the agricultural sector in Brazil. Juhi Gupta has joined the team as Senior QA Lead. Juhi has extensive experience supporting agile development teams with application, UI and database testing. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (UTU). Alexandr Oleksenko brings a strong background in quality assurance to his QA Analyst role. He has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science (ONAFT). Most recently he worked as QA Engineer for RevJet, an enterprise SaaS platform for personalized advertising.
Ulisses is currently in Brazil and Alexandr is based in Ukraine. Both will be relocating to Remsoft’s head office in Fredericton.
Enhancing Client and Market Engagement
Adam Archibald has moved into a new role as Client Manager, North America. Previously a Solution Analyst, Adam has worked with clients to deliver planning analytics solutions that meet diverse business requirements. He has a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and Environmental Management (UNB). His background includes experience across forest resource management, from strategic modeling and silviculture assessments to harvest and road planning.
Sacha Gascoigne is now a Technical Sales Analyst supporting client engagement in Australasia and globally. Previously a Support Analyst, Sacha brings a wealth of technical modeling and analysis expertise to her new role and a sharp focus on supporting client success with Remsoft technology. She has studied Ecosystem Management, Urban Forestry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry (UNB).
Alex Ramos has joined the sales team as a Client Manager. Having worked as an Environmental Consultant, Forester, and GIS Analyst, Alex understands the application and value of analytics within forestry. Alex has a Master of Science in Environmental Observations and Informatics (UWM) and brings extensive experience in wildlife habitat assessments. In his previous role with Strategic Natural Resource Consultants, he developed management strategies for timber development engineering projects.
Rhys Dowbiggin has joined the marketing team as Digital Marketing Specialist. Rhys has over 12 years of marketing and communications experience within the energy, not-for-profit, arts and culture sectors and a talent for digital content creation. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Business and Entrepreneurship (MRU). Before Remsoft, he was Marketing Coordinator with Rising Edge Group.
