Remsoft is pleased to announce the addition of Mike Laaper in the new role of Director of Client Services. In his role with Remsoft, Mike will be responsible for providing support and leadership to the Client Services Team, while working alongside the team to solve problems and keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
With a background as a Senior Manager of Solution Delivery in a Canadian telecommunications and media company where he was responsible for the effective running and development of a 95-person delivery organization, Mike brings a unique skill set to the role of Director of Client Services. Mike has over 25 years’ experience in systems integration, operations, and service development, and over 20 years’ experience in managerial and leadership positions. Mike will work closely with Remsoft clients as he engages in the delivery of meaningful customer service ranging from project to post-delivery support.
