As General Manager, Asia Pacific, Carolyn leads Remsoft’s operations across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. She works with clients and partners to drive success and maximize the value of Remsoft’s software and services in the region. Carolyn excels in fostering client relationships and delivering innovative solutions that enhance business performance.

Mark is a professional forester with close to 30 years of experience in resource management and planning. Currently he is the Resource Manager at Australian Bluegum Plantations and has held similar roles with Forestry Corporation of NSW, Timberlands Pacific and Gunns. Mark’s experience spans across the full range of forest types including hardwood, softwood and native forest and he has a keen interest in process improvement through technology.

Pablo is a Chemical Engineer with over 28 years of experience in Optimization and Advanced Process Control. As VP Sales and Marketing at Remsoft, he is passionate about driving digital transformation and leveraging connected data intelligence to modernize business planning and execution. Pablo brings a proven track record of fostering growth and innovation.

Adele Wedding has 20 years of experience in the plantation softwood industries across Australia and New Zealand. As the Manager of Projects and Solutions on Remsoft’s Asia Pacific team, she is passionate about continuous improvement, sustainability, and fostering strong community and stakeholder relationships.

Matheus brings extensive expertise in Woodstock optimization and forestry planning to his role as a Forest Planning Solutions Engineer on the Remsoft Asia Pacific team. With experience working at industry-leading organizations such as TANAC S/A and Suzano, he has a proven track record in optimizing costs and maximizing profits for global forestry organizations.
