A Look at the Agenda

DAY 1: TUESDAY, MARCH 24

Strategy, Platform, and the Connected Forest

Strategic direction, platform vision, and a connected view of forestry operations — from planning to execution.

A forward-looking overview of the global forces reshaping forestry today, including climate variability, labor and cost pressures, supply chain disruption, and rising compliance expectations.

This session sets the context for why connected intelligence is becoming essential for resilient, sustainable forestry operations.

A strategic address from Remsoft leadership outlining the company’s long-term direction and how Remsoft is evolving beyond individual tools to serve as the intelligence layer across global forestry operations.

This session introduces how planning, operations, logistics, and sustainability are being unified to support better decisions at scale.

An overview of how Remsoft’s product portfolio is evolving to deliver a more integrated, modular, and scalable experience across optimization, forest management systems, operations, logistics, and MRO.

Attendees will gain early insight into upcoming capabilities and user experience improvements, focused on how products work together as a connected ecosystem.

A look at the technical foundation supporting Remsoft’s next-generation platform. This session explores architecture modernization, integration layers, API-driven interoperability, and readiness for AI-supported decision flows, explaining how the platform will scale globally and support increasingly complex data environments.

INFLOR CEO, Carlos Albuquerque, will join American Forest Management to demonstrate Remsoft INFLOR FMS, showing how AFM uses it to manage over 2 million acres in the USA. Attendees will see practical workflows and solution capabilities in action, from digitizing field-to-mill processes to accelerating integrated planning and execution across the supply chain.

A live demonstration following data as it moves from long- and short-term planning through harvest scheduling, field execution, telemetry, compliance, logistics, and finally delivery at the mill.

This session illustrates how integrated optimization, operations, FMS, telematics, and logistics all come together to reduce bottlenecks, improve predictability, and create a single source of truth across teams and partners.

A moderated fireside conversation with forestry leaders from key regions Remsoft serves, including North America, South America, Europe, and Australia. Speakers will share regional perspectives on how global forces such as climate variability, regulation, labor, and technology are shaping forestry operations today.

Kick-off to the Evening Networking Reception

An informal evening reception bringing together attendees, speakers, and Remsoft leadership for conversation, connection, and continued discussion.

DAY 2: WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25

From Vision to Real-World Application

Customer-led sessions and practical breakouts.

A concise recap of key announcements, demonstrations, and themes from Day 1 with a focus on how strategic direction translates into operational improvements such as stronger execution, improved data flow, and higher-confidence decision-making.

Up to three concurrent breakout streams will run throughout the day, including one dedicated to Remsoft-led product sessions. Topics span planning under real-world constraints, operational coordination, reducing manual reporting, improving data integration, and preparing for future analytics and AI capabilities.

Attendees are encouraged to move between sessions to tailor their experience.

A synthesis of key learnings and shared experiences from the conference, highlighting what’s ahead across platform development, industry challenges, and collaboration opportunities.
