To ensure a sustainable energy supply, FS has developed its own eucalyptus forestry program. Building on this initiative, FS has selected Remsoft to implement strategic forest planning that will help secure a long-term wood supply for biomass energy.
FS is Brazil’s leading corn ethanol producer, with three industrial plants in Mato Grosso and a corporate office in São Paulo. Operating a fully integrated system, FS transforms 100% of the corn it processes into renewable energy and high-protein animal nutrition products.
To ensure a sustainable energy supply, FS has developed its own eucalyptus forestry program. In the 2023/24 harvest alone, the company processed more than 4 million m³ of renewable biomass (primarily eucalyptus wood chips) for clean energy generation across its facilities.
